Such oversight must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as may be required by the Guide to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The Nurse is a member of a self-managed work team and is responsible for coordinating aspects of the team's work.As the nurse, you will oversee care of elders and work of Shahbazim on your shift, follow and update care plans as needed or by Doctor order, administer medications/treatments as prescribed, and daily documentation regarding care and behaviors of each elder. Additionally, the nurse assists in care conferences, completion of reports, and other duties as assigned.
