Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a client based in Grand Rapids, MI. We are looking for a dynamic human resources leader to help in creating organizational value by partnering with business leaders to develop and deploy HR solutions that enable business strategy and growth. They will create and implement hiring procedures, systems, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency and consistency in hiring practices. Responsibilities include coaching and counseling leaders when utilizing corrective action, progressive discipline, and performance management to ensure consistency and fairness. They will diligently address and resolve employee questions, concerns, and complaints while enabling future use of available self-service tools.*Key Responsibilities: ** Looking for a dynamic human resources leader to help in creating organizational value by partnering with business leaders to develop and deploy HR solutions that enable business strategy and growth.* Partner with organizations to develop and deploy HR solutions aligned with culture and values, business strategy, and objectives.* Develop competency frameworks to aid in the integration of key HR systems involving recruitment, training and development, rewards, and managing performance.* Create and implement hiring procedures, systems, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency and consistency in hiring practices.* Provide coaching and strategic consultation to senior leaders on workforce planning and talent management strategy, change management, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations. Trusted business partner and contributing member of the operations leadership team.* Partner with leadership to develop workforce plans, lead talent reviews and succession planning, and contribute to the development of talent management and development strategies that address gaps and support objectives.* Coach and counsel leaders when utilizing corrective action, progressive discipline, and performance management to ensure consistency and fairness.* Provide direction and support to leaders on involuntary employment separations resulting from underperformance, position modification or elimination, RIF, and those involving a severance.* Increase quality of information delivered in performance evaluations and development plans by conducting early audits and providing coaching and feedback to leaders* Diligently address and resolve employee questions, concerns, and complaints while enabling future use of available self-service tools.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:* Grand Rapids, MI 49546: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:* Bachelor's (Required)Experience:* Human resources: 5 years (Required)* HR sourcing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Grand Rapids, MI 49546
