services to municipal, industrial, institutional, commercial,
private development, and state agency clients throughout Michigan
and Indiana.We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our HR
team. This is a key role in our growth strategy to support our
current and future clients and co-workers. This person should

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the talent acquisition process, which includes
sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring of qualified
applicants, particularly for engineering, operations, and
professional roles.
- Collaborate with group managers and/or hiring managers to
understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Partner with hiring managers to prioritize current and upcoming
hiring needs, build and execute recruitment strategies, and drive
the recruitment process.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles. Foster
relationships with active and passive candidates.
- Travel to colleges/tech schools, high schools, recruiting
fairs, etc. to promote F&V employment opportunities.
- Responsible for developing recruiting action plans for
increasing company industry exposure.
- Innovate effective ideas for streamlining the recruitment
process and practices to secure top talent.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in
accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Identify trends and metrics strategies to attract candidates
for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions, while
actively advocating diversity recruitment plans.
- Meets regularly with management to evaluate recruiting efforts,
identify barriers, redirect activities, and/or initiate new
activities to accomplish established staffing goals and
objectives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. The Ideal candidate
will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing high performing
professionals.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and strong judgment,
while having strong presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. At
