Do you have what it takes to lead our teammates?Your Role You're it! You're fully responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your area. You'll develop great leaders in the stores, and teach them to develop great team members. As you probably know, it's all about developing the team and helping others achieve their career goals!You're also responsible for all the details. Here's a hint, if you hire, train and develop great people, the details are a lot simpler! Those fun details are establishing store goals and metrics, growing the business, being responsible for financial results, and the important audit and compliance work that goes with retail operations.Yes, you'll do a lot of driving between the stores in your area and on occasion to other locations. We suggest looking at it this way, windshield time is great thinking time to noodle over the things you're trying to accomplish!Your Skills You probably have a related bachelor's degree, but maybe a great combination of some college credits and great experience. Either will do! We'd like to see at least five years of progressively responsible retail leadership experience, but if you've got this far in the ad you probably have that. You'll also need to demonstrate your awesome leadership, relationship-building and coaching skills, and show how you've done well with things like interpreting data and situations to find the right solution, great skills with technology, and that sense of drive and purpose that comes with an awesome leader.Do We Have Benefits?
