Job Description:

Sales / Customer Service Administrator needed for manufacturing company in the SE area of town.This company takes great care of its team members and customers. Sales Administrator Responsibilities:Assist the Sales Team in maintaining customer satisfaction and retaining existing business. Follow up with customer contacts on quotes and samples, tracking open orders to ensure on-time completion, and coordinating projects with Sales and Production team members. Act as a point of contact for customers which may involve entering purchase orders from customers, updating order status changes in our ERP system, and tracking projects in the CRM. The Sales Administrator will be a dependable link between the Sales Team and Scheduling to help drive customer satisfaction. Sales Administrator RequirementsGoal-oriented with a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.Have exceptional organizational skills. Draw energy from being part of a team.Familiarity with Sales Performance metrics.High School diploma or equivalent.5-10 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Customer Service, or other administrative role preferred.Sales Administrator Benefits:45K to 50K- Hourly Position ( 40-hour workweek/ Mon-Fri)Health Insurance, Dental, VisionGenerous Paid Time OffGreat work environment and amazing company culture.
