Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist experienced
in school settings to support a diverse K-12 caseload across
multiple buildings. This contract position, based in Grand Rapids,
MI, offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on student

Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to
students with varying needs across multiple school buildings.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address
the functional goals of students. Collaborate with educators,
families, and other professionals to support student progress and
ensure integrated care. Conduct assessments and document student
performance and progress, maintaining compliance with school
policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
interventions designed to enhance learning and participation.
Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational
Therapist (OT) with valid credentials to practice in Michigan.
Experience providing occupational therapy services in school
settings. Ability to manage a mixed caseload covering kindergarten
through 12th grade. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
to effectively work with students, families, and school staff.
Flexibility to travel among multiple school buildings within the
Grand Rapids area. Location: This contract position is based in
Grand Rapids, MI, serving multiple buildings in the region.
