Job Description:
Join Centria Healthcare, a pioneer in providing specialized
healthcare services including autism support, catastrophic injury
care, and comprehensive home rehabilitation. We are currently
seeking a dedicated Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician to
join our dynamic team. This role focuses on implementing behavioral
plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for
children with autism in a clinic setting. The ideal candidate will
have a passion for transformative care and a commitment to helping
children achieve their highest potential. Implement behavioral
treatment plans prescribed by a BCBA Collect and record data on
patient progress Maintain regular communication with parents and
caregivers Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all
patients Attend team meetings to discuss patient progress and
updates Adhere to professional and ethical standards set by the
Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Strong understanding of
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to manage behavioral crises
Proficiency in data collection and analysis Adaptability to work
with different age groups and needs Medical Insurance Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst
Certification Board (BACB) CPR and First Aid certified
