Sign-On Bonus! Opportunity Summary: Join our growing team! Physical
Therapists at Origami develop and administer one on one physical
therapy services to provide quality rehabilitation services to our
valued clients. PTs communicate with appropriate stakeholders
involved in advancing client care. This communication is reflective
of Origamis mission, vision, and core values; as well as is
effective, timely, and inclusive. This position is a dynamic role
that will provide treatment at our Lansing-based campuses,
including Origami Main in Mason, Origami Greenlawn in South
Lansing, and Origami West in West Lansing. The individual in this
role must be flexible and adaptable, as the work location will vary
based on organizational needs. Benefits & Rewards $2,000 Sign-On
Bonus! Bonus paid in two installments: $1,000 issued after 90 days
of employment, $1,000 after 1 year of employment. Flexible

Essential Duties: Evaluate, document, and implement treatment plans
for clients referred by physicians. Provide interns, volunteers,
and job shadows meaningful educational experiences. Educate staff,
clients, and external stakeholders on individualized home exercise
programs and other PT modalities as appropriate. Observe all rules
of confidentiality as they pertain to program participants
internally, and in working with outside individuals and/or
agencies. Proactively initiate and follow-through with tasks
utilizing appropriate problem-solving techniques to facilitate
communication flow and prompt resolutions. Record evaluations,
daily notes, progress reports, discharge reports, and service
billings in a timely manner and in accordance with procedure to
provide complete documentation for client charts. Delegate and
oversee established plans of care with Physical Therapist
Assistants as appropriate. Contribute to the design and maintenance
of effective and timely systems of documentation, including the
collection and analysis of outcome data. Maintain professional
excellence through attending networking opportunities, establishing
collegial relationships, sharing resources and skills, and/or
seeking out opportunities to speak, publish, and contribute to
research. Maintain caseload levels at a level deemed reasonable by
the PT Supervisor. As Needed: Attend staff meetings, orientation,
in-service trainings, clinical reviews, and care conferences.
Provide caseload coverage for PT services. Perform therapy gym
maintenance duties such as cleaning surfaces, and laundry needs.
Participate in program development, budget planning, and small
therapy supply inventory. Other duties as assigned by the PT
Supervisor. Requirements: A degree in Physical Therapy and
licensure in the state of Michigan. Certification as a Brain Injury
Specialist (provided by Origami) CPR, First Aid, AED certification

education/experience Interest in treating children and adult
populations Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The
employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to
palpate, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or
balance, and stoop kneel or crawl. Accommodated alternatives are
acceptable if they accomplish the necessary essential tasks. The
employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific
vision abilities required for this position include close vision,
distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to
adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to assist in
