Doctor of Medicine | Geriatrics Location: Grand Rapids, MI Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Geriatric Medicine physician to provide comprehensive care for older adults in both outpatient and nursing facility settings in Grand Rapids, Michigan . In this role you will diagnose and manage complex age?related medical conditions and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, supporting patients’ functional independence and overall well?being. Geriatric specialists focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, medication optimization, and personalized treatment plans for the elderly population. Shift Timings Full?time clinical schedule including visits in nursing facilities, home care coordination, and outpatient clinics Shared call rotation among providers to support continuity of care for complex patients Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine — or Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with geriatrics experience Active or eligible Michigan medical license DEA registration (or willing to obtain) BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) Experience working with geriatric patients Benefits Competitive permanent salary (based on experience) Starting bonus (to be discussed at interview) ??
