Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12
Occupational Therapist position is available for a contract role
serving multiple school buildings in the Grand Rapids, MI area.
This opportunity involves working with a mixed caseload of students
across the entire grade spectrum within a school district setting.
Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and
individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of K-12
students. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
to enhance student functional skills and academic success. Deliver
direct therapy services addressing fine motor skills, sensory
processing, and daily living activities in school environments.
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation adhering to applicable regulations
and professional standards. Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with credentials valid in
Michigan. Experience working with school-age children in a K-12
educational setting. Ability to manage caseloads across multiple
school buildings effectively. Strong communication skills to
coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and parents.
Familiarity with school-based therapy regulations and
Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes. Location: Grand
Rapids, MI, with services delivered across various schools within
the district. This contract opportunity spans the complete school
