Position Overview: We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand/Upper Extremity surgery to join an established and collaborative orthopedic group in Michigan. Position Highlights: Focus on diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of conditions affecting the elbow, wrist, hand, and forearm Join a team of 10 orthopedic surgeons with subspecialty support in trauma, sports, pediatrics, plastic hand surgery, and podiatry Perform a wide range of upper extremity surgical procedures with full pre- and post-operative support General ortho call responsibilities: approximately 4 calls per month Collaborative, physician-led environment with focus on patient-centered care Access to state-of-the-art technology , including the Stryker MAKO robot EPIC EMR system for efficient patient documentation Community-focused work culture and opportunities for teaching and continuous learning Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary (based on experience and training) RVU-based incentive compensation plan Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Educational stipend opportunity during fellowship year 37 days of paid time off , including CME CME allowance Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life, disability Retirement plans: 403(b) and 457(b) Full professional liability coverage with tail Paid licensing and professional dues Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 0 5 years of fellowship) by ABOS Required Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Surgery Upper Extremities Required Active Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain Highly Preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in Orthopaedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgery Preferred Open to H-1B visa holders ( no J-1 waivers ) Not accepting locums candidates
