2/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with
Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Telemetry RN in South Bend,
Indiana, 46601! Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms. Manage
cardiac drips and heparin protocols. Perform phlebotomy, IV starts,
and medication administration. Care for oncology patients,
including central/PICC line management. Respond to emergencies and
collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Float to
intermediate-care or lower-acuity units as needed.Adhere to
hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control
