therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national
benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area. This position
supports patients in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas and is
eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the
accomplishment of key achievements during your first year! With our

at least one year of Home Health experience to make an immediate

in the state you work - Graduate from an approved school of
practical nursing - One year of RN experience and the clinical
competence to deliver quality patient care - Current driver’s
license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from

deadlines for charting - The skills needed to self-manage your time
and schedule - Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones
