Administer radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a physician, following the precise technical guidelines and safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of treatment plans and patient progress. Monitor patient conditions and reactions, reporting any unusual occurrences to immediate supervisors. Ensure all radiation therapy equipment is operated safely and effectively maintained. Collaborate with oncology healthcare professionals to discuss treatment plans and patient needs. Proficiency in radiation therapy technology and techniques. Strong understanding of radiation safety and protective measures. Excellent patient management skills to ease patient anxiety and deliver compassionate care. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and effectively communicate with other healthcare professionals.
