Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License (State)
Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - ICU and Med/Surg experience
- PD, Telemetry, IV Starts - Comfortable with vents and cardiac
drips Description: Delivers nursing care responsibly and
accountably. Demonstrates competency through the nursing process,
including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning,
implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of
professional performance. Strives to achieve optimal outcomes.
Education Level: Associate's Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor's
Degree in Science of Nursing must be obtained within specified time
frames for those starting in this RN role. Experience: Successful
completion of a competency-based orientation program. Excellent
written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong
time management and organizational skills. Self-directed with the
ability to make quality, independent decisions. Analytical and
strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively and
efficiently under tight deadlines and multiple interruptions.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Competency in using a

Functions: Provides evidence-based nursing care consistent with the

planning at the time of patient contact. Ensures that required
documentation is performed accurately and timely. Assumes an

unlicensed assistive personnel. Engages in activities related to

and competence. Participates in ongoing improvement activities that
contribute to quality patient care. Actively participates in safety
