to join our Palliative Care team in Grand Rapids, Michigan . This
is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the
health of our community while working in a supportive,
mission-driven environment. Opportunity Details Position Type: Per
Diem (0.0 FTE): Inpatient consulting service focusing on goals of
care and complex pain management and opportunity to assist in
growing outpatient palliative care oncology services. Schedule: As
needed; minimum of 3-4 shifts per quarter Location: Grand Rapids,
Michigan Specialty: Palliative Care Teaching Opportunities: Yes -
Residents, Medical Students, Fellows Call Requirements: No call

Requirements Palliative Care Fellowship required Physicians: Board
certified or board eligible (must become certified within 2 years)
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA license
BLS certification (must be maintained) Duties & Responsibilities A
typical day may include: Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Participating in
teaching and mentoring Documenting in Epic EMR Engaging in quality
improvement initiatives Supporting community health efforts
