Job Description:
A permanent, full-time opportunity for a Physician Assistant
with fellowship training in Neonatology. The role involves
providing advanced care for neonates in both Level III and Level II
NICUs across two Michigan locations. This position offers a
collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams, robust

Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect patient care for
neonates in Level II and Level III NICU settings. Collaborate with
physicians, nurses, and therapists in multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in teaching and mentoring of junior providers and
trainees. Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR. Engage in
quality improvement initiatives and research activities. Support
community health programs related to neonatal care. Maintain
current licensure, board certification, and required
credentials.
