Be the Kind of Hemodialysis Nurse You Want to Be - All in One Location Yourrole involves: - Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedof hemodialysis. - Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedof hemodialysis. Supervisingcareandtreatments,conductingpatientassessments,creatingpersonalizedcare plans, and addressing patient concerns. - Buildingrewardingrelationshipswithpatientsbyunderstandingtheirphysical,mental,and emotional needs to aid in their recovery. - Educatingnursingstaffonthecareofthehemodialysispatient,hemodialysisequipment,and hemodialysis standards of care. Qualifications - CurrentRNlicensuresasrequiredbystate regulations. - CPR certification - ACLSwithin1yearof hire - CRRNcertificationpreferred(Ifyoudon'thaveit,wecanhelpyoutoobtain it!) - 6monthsdialysisnursingexperience required. - 1yearofexperienceininpatienthospitalsetting preferred.
