Job Description:
Step into a well-supported, high-impact Hematology-Oncology
locum role in vibrant Grand Rapids, MI! We’re seeking a
board-certified Hematologist-Oncologist for a long-term locum
opportunity beginning October 2025. This role focuses heavily on
hematology and includes a balanced mix of outpatient clinic work
and inpatient consults at a nationally recognized cancer center
connected to a major hospital. Position Highlights Competitive Pay
: $350/hr (negotiable) All Travel & Lodging Covered ??

October 1, 2025 Location : Grand Rapids, Michigan Clinical Details
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8a–5p Call : 1:5 shared call pool, 5p–7a
(APP support provided) Practice Setting : Outpatient clinic
Inpatient consults Infusion center (Cancer Center is
hospital-attached) EMR : Epic ??? Team & Support 6 Physicians on
staff 11 APPs (5 inpatient, 6 outpatient) Radiation Oncologists
on-site during coverage Patient Volume Inpatient : 10–15
patients/day Outpatient : ~15 patients/day Patient Population :
Adult/Geriatric Case Mix : Primarily hematology (minimal solid
tumor focus) Duties & Procedures Participate in Tumor Board
FNA/Biopsy Order labs, imaging, and prescribe Inpatient and
outpatient hematologic case management ? Requirements Board
Certified in Hematology/Oncology – REQUIRED Active Michigan License
– Preferred (can consider those needing to obtain) BLS
