Geriatrician group Founded in 2009 Two Clinic Locations near Grand
Rapids, MI (Muskegon and Holland, MI) Healthcare program that
combines medical and social support for those 55 years or older Not
for profit organization with deep ties to our West Michigan
Community. Serve older adults to develop an alternative service for
seniors with complex health needs who wish to remain living in
their own homes Benefits and Features : Base Salary: $220K -
$240000.00 Another $5K in annual call bonuses Comprehensive

Retirement Plan Job Description: Geriatric Medicine Physician Two
Clinic Locations near Grand Rapids, MI (Muskegon and Holland, MI)
Geriatrician will spend 3 days in Muskegon and 2 in Holland
Services in our onsite health clinic include primary medical care,
prescriptions, therapies and advance care planning. Patients base
is 55 plus and geared towards Dementia and Geriatric medicine.
Medication Management, Lab tests, Social Services, Wound Care,
Advance Care Planning, Comprehensive End of Life and Comfort Care
Low turnover group with their MDs and NPs Team setting and
collaborative group. Not a solo position. Its a team of OT/PTs,
NPs, PAs, psychologist, social workers assisting the physicians.
40hrs a week. 8am - 4:30PM Volume: 3-10 patients per day! Call 1
week every 8 weeks. Profile Background: Board Certified / Board
Eligible Geriatric Medicine Ability to hold a Michigan State
