Job Description:
Emmanuel Hospice, a respected non-profit leader in compassionate
end-of-life care, is seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Charge
Nurse to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our
high standards of care are maintained during weekend shifts. The
successful candidate will lead a team of nursing professionals,
providing outstanding support to patients and their families during
critical times. This is an opportunity for a nursing professional

stages. Coordinate and manage patient care specifically on
weekends. Supervise and lead nursing staff, ensuring adherence to
our high standards of care and operational protocols. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients, collaborating
with interdisciplinary teams. Act as a liaison between patients,
their families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear
communication and proper management of expectations. Ensure
compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and hospice policies.
Participate in the development and training of staff, promoting
continuous education and professional growth. Manage patient
documentation and records with utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software
and systems Ability to make swift and accurate decisions Deep
