and driven Per Diem Physician to join our Palliative Care team in
Grand Rapids, Michigan . This is an exciting opportunity to make a
meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a
supportive, mission-driven environment. Position Type: Per Diem
(0.0 FTE): Inpatient consulting service focusing on goals of care
and complex pain management and opportunity to assist in growing
outpatient palliative care oncology services. minimum of 3-4 shifts
per quarter Palliative Care Teaching Opportunities: Yes -
Residents, Medical Students, Fellows Comprehensive Care: Deliver
high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
~ Enjoy flexible scheduling and advanced digital tools like Epic
and MyChart. ~ Work alongside skilled physicians, APPs, and
dedicated support staff. ~ 403(b) retirement plan ~ Palliative Care
Fellowship required Physicians: Active Michigan medical license (or
ability to obtain) Providing direct patient care Documenting in
Epic EMR Engaging in quality improvement initiatives Supporting
