Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Geriatrics Physician to join our Geriatrics Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Practice Features: - Trinity Health Grand Rapids provides care for patients in eight local nursing facilities and supports the Trinity Health at Home Thrive Program, an Advanced Care Coordination Program. - Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows - Practice leadership and team that supports work/life balance. - Autonomy and flexibility in schedule - Visit length adequate to meet complex patient population. - Call shared among Providers. Qualifications: - Open to new grads with Fellowship in Geriatrics or experienced Internal Medicine/Family Medicine candidates. - Experience working with the Geriatric population. - Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible. - State of Michigan license required at time of employment. - DEA license - BLS Certification and maintain recertification.
