weeks/n - Start Date: October 27, 2025/n - Estimated Weekly Salary:
$1610 - $1730/n /n/nRegistered Nurse Qualifications/n /n - Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license (Michigan or compact state)/n - BLS
Certification (required before first shift)/n - ACLS Certification
(required before first shift)/n - 2 years of recent Med/Surg
bedside clinical experience highly desired/n - Strong assessment,
documentation, and communication skills/n /n/nMed/Surg RN
Responsibilities/n /n - Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments
for all patients within 8 hours of admission/n - Develop and
implement individualized care plans with patients, families, and
the interdisciplinary healthcare team/n - Deliver direct patient
care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation/n - Accurately document all
assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic
medical record/n - Participate in patient rehabilitation programs
and discharge planning from admission/n - Communicate changes in
patient status to the clinical care team to ensure safety and
continuity/n - Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses
(LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and new staff/n -
Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff, following
hospital safety policies and procedures/n - Support team building
and a collaborative work environment within the Med/Surg unit/n -
Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
