Now Hiring: Director of Nursing – Assisted Living & Memory Care
Location: Saginaw, MI area Are you an experienced and compassionate
nursing leader with a heart for senior care? We’re looking for a
Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in a welcoming
Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Michigan. This is a
rewarding opportunity to guide a dedicated team, uphold the highest
standards of care, and make a lasting difference in the lives of
residents and their families. Your Role: As the Director of
Nursing, you will: Lead day-to-day clinical operations for both
Assisted Living and Memory Care residents Supervise and support
nursing staff, caregivers, and CNAs Perform resident assessments
and develop personalized care plans Coordinate care with
physicians, pharmacies, and external providers Ensure regulatory
compliance with state and company standards Oversee accurate
documentation and EMR system usage Monitor resident health and
respond to changes in condition Drive staff development through
training, evaluations, and performance management Partner with
families in care planning and support Provide on-call leadership
and emergency response as needed Cultivate a compassionate,
collaborative, and respectful care environment What We’re Looking
For: Active RN license in Michigan (required) 3 years of leadership
experience in assisted living, memory care, or a related setting
Strong knowledge of dementia care best practices Excellent
leadership, communication, and organizational skills Understanding
of federal and Michigan state care regulations A passion for
