Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) - Day Shift (Wyoming Area)Position: Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN)Schedule: Day Shift, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PMLocation: Wyoming Area (In-Home Care)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home private duty nursing care for a 19-year-old female with complex medical needs. The nurse will be responsible for trach and G-tube care, respiratory monitoring, medication administration, and overall daily care to support health and well-being.The ideal candidate will also promote independence, activity, and community engagement as appropriate. Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity are essential, as the family is Spanish-speaking and has limited English proficiency.Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Wyoming
• Experience with trach and G-tube care preferred
• Ability to manage care for individuals with Cerebral Palsy, Scoliosis, Microcephalus, Chronic Lung Disease, and developmental delays
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to promoting independence
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Non-smoking environment - No smoking is allowed in the home

    • Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
    • TBI + SCI rehabilitation
    • Adult/ Pediatrics
    • Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training Provided)
    • Gastrostomy tube care (Training Provided)
    • Dispensing medications
    • Observe client's physical, mental and emotional conditions.
    • Report any changes
    • Document observed changes
    • Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes
    • Maintains professional nature within the home settingRequired Qualifications, Skills, And Knowledge
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
      • Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software
      • Current state license as an RN or LPN
      • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
      • Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
