Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN SupervisorJob Summary:We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Supervisor at a skilled nursing facility in Grand Rapids, MI. As an LPN Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting providers in the provision of patient care. If you have at least 6 months of previous nursing home experience, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:

• Assist and support providers in the provision of patient care
• Develop and maintain good relations with other personnel
• Monitor and understand applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals
• Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism
• Deal tactfully with residents, students, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
• Maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Demonstrate proficiency in written/verbal skills in English language
• Sufficient computer skills required to perform dutiesRequirements:
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Physical, TB test (within 1 year of hire)
