RN Quality Assurance - Care Resources, full-timeMonday - Friday,
no on-call, work/life balance!We are seeking a full-time RN to join
our Quality Assurance team of professionals here at Care Resources!
The Quality Assurance RN reports to the Clinical Quality
Improvement Manager and is responsible for supporting quality
improvement within the organization. This role works a Monday
Friday schedule onsite at the Care Resources facility in Grand
Rapids with travel to our new site in Lowell on occasion.As the
Quality Assurance RN, you will:collaborate with the primary care
providers and clinical staff to improve the quality and
completeness of documentation of care provided for accurate data
reporting to CMS and MDHHSsupport timely, accurate and complete
documentation of clinical information used for measuring and
reporting clinical outcomeseffectively utilize compliant
documentation improvement principles to identify areas of
improvementcommunicate with and educate all providers and clinical
staff on the principles of clinical documentation to ensure the
medical record is complete, accurate and comprehensiveThis
opportunity requires licensure as an RN in the state of Michigan
(BSN preferred). Medical Coder certification and/or Certified
Clinical Documentation Specialist certification is preferred. Our

PACE program (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) which
is located in our newly renovated facility at 4150 Kalamazoo Avenue
SE in Grand Rapids. Care Resources provides and coordinates all
medical care and social services to eligible participants. We
provide all physician and nursing care, prescription drugs, durable
medical equipment, dental, eye and foot care, hospital care,
medical transportation, home care, emergency, rehab, social and
recreational activities at the Day Center. In order to be eligible
for the PACE program, seniors must be 55 and older, able to live
safely at home and meet the nursing facility level of care.by
