*Job Summary:*We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurse working under the direction of the RN / Mid-level Provider / Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.*Job Details:** *Shift: 2nd** *Hours: 2:30P-11P** *Shift length: 8 Hours** *Weekend rotation: Every Other** *Contract: Long term** *On call: N/A** *Scrub Color: Navy Blue**Required certifications:** *MI LPN** *Fingerprints and AHA BLS required.** *Must have at least 1 year of LPN experience.**Duties** Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician* Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior* Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare team members* Provide wound care and other nursing interventions* Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention* Maintain accurate medical records and documentationJob Type: ContractPay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekPhysical Setting:* Outpatient* Rehabilitation centerExperience:* Recent Licensed practical Nurse (LPN): 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* BLS Certification (Required)* LPN (Required)Ability to Commute:* Grand Rapids, MI 49525 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Grand Rapids, MI 49525: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
