Our Rehab and Nursing Centers have been providing services in West Michigan for 20 years. Our residents range in age, diversity and acuity levels. Cedar St location: This new 94,000 square foot Rehab and Nursing Center will replace our Continuing Care Center on Fuller Avenue and will make a huge impact on our residents and community. Families will have a place where their loved ones receive the highest quality care from our team of highly skilled and compassionate caregivers. Residents will have spaces that feel like home-all living space will be on one level, with easy access to the outdoors, including several beautiful courtyards. And they'll be surrounded by a care team around the clock, to provide services, care, and companionship that enhances quality of life and comfort for end of life. Our communities will have an essential resource in this modern facility-a place that not only offers the best medical care, but also provides spaces that support what we value-compassion and humanity through long-term care and hospice care in our dedicated hospice unit.
