Forest View Hospital, located just seven miles southeast of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a private 108 bed psychiatric facility that serves children, adolescents and adults. Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in the state of Michigan (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Must present proof of COVID -19 Vaccination status or request an exemption due to a qualifying medical reason or a religious exemption based on sincerely held religious beliefs.
