Job Description:
Plans, directs, and implements all clinical pharmacist services
across Mercy Health Muskegon (MHM) hospitals in accordance with
professional standards, regulatory and licensing agency policies,
and federal and state laws related to the practice of pharmacy.
This includes managing and leading clinical pharmacists, supporting
pharmacy residents and pharmacy students. Collaborates with MHM
partners to coordinate and integrate the delivery of pharmacy
