Family Practice-Without OB opening in Muskegon, Michigan. Family Medicine Opening in MI Located in Muskegon, MI - Grand Rapids 41m Seeking Board Certified Family Medicine physician Full-time; 8a-5p (32-40 hours a week); no weekends; no holidays Saturdays are on a volunteer basis (8a-1p) Potential supervision of mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) Clean Malpractice/Background Current DEA Will consider new grads Essential Job Functions Examines patients for symptoms. Elicits and records information about patients medical history. Orders or executes various diagnostic tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patients condition. Administers or prescribes treatments and medications. Promotes health and advises patients of diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease. May provide prenatal care to pregnant women and provides postnatal care to mothers and infants. May perform surgical office procedures. Refers patients to medical specialists for consultant services when necessary for patients wellbeing. Additional clinical or administrative duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer or Chief Executive Officer to promote the success and welfare of the organization. Maintains a courteous, helpful and conscientious attitude in dealing with co-workers and patients and their families ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Regular and Prompt attendance at work. All other duties as assigned. Expectation of Employee Maintains a positive and respectful attitude.
