- Nightmare Disorder, Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Parasomnias, REM Sleep Behavior Disorder, Restless Legs Syndrome, Sleep Terrors, Sleepwalking, Snoring

• Other Info:

- Pediatrics seen by Pediatric Sleep Neurologist

• EMR: Epic & Polysmith Sleep Software

Requirements:

• Active MI license

• BC

• BLS

• Proof of COVID Vaccine
