Summary:
Students accepted for a rotation at Pine Rest will be required to complete PHASE II of the Visiting Physician Assistant Rotation Application process. PHASE II will require a nonrefundable $400 application fee (fee waived for GVSU students), verification that you are student in good standing, are covered by home school liability insurance, have personal health coverage, proof of immunization/immunity of the following colling diseases: Chicken Pox, Rubella, Mumps, Polio, Tetanus/Diphtheria, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, Influenza within past 12 months, TB Skin Test within past 12 months, COVID 19, and have completed a criminal background check and drug screen.
