      RN Supervisor - Westside Health CenterCherry Health is a Federally Qualified Health System (FQHC) with a mission to improve the health and wellness of individuals by providing comprehensive primary and behavioral health care while encouraging access by those who are underserved. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position typically working Monday through Friday from 8a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional nights and Saturdays.

        • BSN preferredResponsibilities:
          • Demonstrate leadership and management skills that foster a culture of mentoring, coaching, motivating and engaging staff
          • Hire, orientate, evaluate, counsel, and terminate personnel reporting to the position
          • Educate and empower staff to be adept at meeting current and future organizational needs, and adjust schedule staff hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload
          • Oversees general operation of medical services including insuring that appropriate supplies, equipment, patient scheduling, utilization of staff, support staff, productivity standards, laboratory functions, patient communication, referral systems, patient phone management are in place and utilized
          • Assists in clinic as needed in emergencies/unusual circumstances
          • Participant in team meetings
          • Be familiar with and abide by all federal and state regulations for opioid treatment programs
          • Participate in the weekly case conferences to develop and support patient treatment plans
          • Oversee the purchasing, handling, and dispensing of medication accurately and efficiently to the patients in the program
