This career site is for Non-Spectrum Health team members only.Job DescriptionSpectrum Health Visiting Nurse Association has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is looking to use their clinical judgement and assessment skills to see a variety of patients in their homes. Our Alternative Work Week program allows you to earn premium pay while working a non-traditional work week, allowing you to use the your time Monday thru Friday, as you wish. Commitment includes working 46 weekends per calendar year as well as a small amount of dedicated administrative time during the week. As part of the Spectrum Health Visiting Nurse Association team, you will work collaborative individuals, have the opportunity for learning new skills and professional growth, and be part of this flexible program. Responsibilities:

• Assess and educate patients each visit and document at point of care
• Perform evaluation tasks, including vitals and med review
• Administer and educate patient or caregiver on medications ordered by physician
• Wound care
• Coordinate care with all disciplines
