Facility: Medical Group - GRAND RAPIDS, MI Department: Mg Executive Administration Category: Business Professional Classification: Full-time with Benefits (A1) Responsibility for coordinating the services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system. Exercises independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis initiation of selected protocols/procedures. Provides educational support for patients/significant others, health team members and the community and coordinates evaluation practices to measure outcomes of programs. Basic Qualifications: Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field Experience - 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in related experience Licenses - Registered Nurse (RN)* Based on Spectrum Health entity and department as appropriate. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Dietitian (RD) or Licensed Social Worker or Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) However, Priority Health requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, health administration or related field.
