their brands.We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Managing Director for Paid and Performance team. The main objective
of this position will be the proper management of the Paid and
Performance team, client management, and the delivery of
exceptional services across the region.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Build and lead the overall strategy for
the P&P and G&T units, including identifying market
opportunities, defining objectives, and developing plans to achieve
them in their territory.
- Operations Management: Oversee all daily operations of the
P&P unit, ensuring efficiency and quality in service
delivery.
- People Management: Hire, train, and manage the P&P team,
ensuring they have the necessary resources and motivation to
perform effectively.
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with
potential clients, as well as maintain and expand relationships
with existing clients.
- Financial Control: Oversee the financial management of the
P&P unit, including the preparation and monitoring of the
budget, cost management, and maximizing profitability.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of P&P projects,
ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are
met.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and
technologies in digital marketing, and lead innovation initiatives
within the P&P unit.
- Brand Development: Participate in LLYC's branding and marketing
initiatives, ensuring a strong and positive presence in the
market.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that LLYC complies with all
relevant regulations and laws regarding digital marketing and
business in general.Required Technical Skills:
- In-depth Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Must have a solid
understanding of all aspects of marketing, especially in media
(both offline and digital), including SEO, web analytics, among
others.
- Analytical Skills: Be able to analyze data and metrics to
evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make strategic
decisions based on evidence.
- Project Management Experience: Be able to manage multiple
projects simultaneously, set realistic deadlines, and allocate
resources efficiently to achieve objectives.
- Financial Knowledge: Understand the financial aspects of the
business, including budgets, costs, revenues, and profitability, to
make informed and profitable decisions.
- Leadership and People Management Skills: Have the ability to
motivate, inspire, and guide a multidisciplinary team towards the
achievement of common goals.
- Communication Skills: Be able to communicate effectively with
clients, colleagues, and employees, both verbally and in
writing.
- Strategic Vision: Have the ability to think long-term and
develop solid strategies that drive the growth and success of the
agency.
- Adaptability and Problem Solving: Be able to adapt quickly to
changes in the market and solve problems creatively and
efficiently.
- Change Management: Know how to lead and manage change processes
within the agency, whether in terms of technology, internal
