Job Description:

A company is looking for a People Partner Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Leverage a coaching approach to provide strategic people support, including organizational design, performance management, and talent reviews
Assist exec leaders with developing departmental strategy and aligning it with executionary expectations
Ensure equitable and consistent application of people practices, standards, and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a HRBP supporting a productivity-driven customer-facing department
Thorough understanding of leading through a diverse, equitable, and inclusive lens
Experience managing complex employee relations and partnering with senior leaders for organizational change
