The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of construction projects, including highways and municipal infrastructure. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completionDevelop project schedules, budgets, and timelinesCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standardsMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completionCommunicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concernsManage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change ordersHire and supervise subcontractors and other project staffConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that ariseEnsure quality control and manage risk throughout the project lifecycleQualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in commercial project management, preferably in the construction industryKnowledge of Michigan DOT and MDOT regulations and standardsProficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D softwareExperience with civil site design and underground utility projectsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentUnderstanding of construction safety regulations and proceduresIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a passion for the construction industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
