Organizational Change Management to join our
organization.Responsibilities:
- Create and implement change management strategies and plans
that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance;
leverage a structured change management methodology, process, and
tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes
required by the project or initiative; work closely with the team
lead to incorporate industry best practices, and coordinate change
management and communications activities across the project
- Identify key stakeholders impacted by the change, conduct
impact analyses, and assess change readiness; develop and execute
stakeholder engagement plan to anticipate and minimize resistant
behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the
changes
- Detect, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics; find and
manage anticipated and persistent resistance
- Develop, execute, and monitor the program communications plan;
prepare all communications drafts as per set review and approval
process and turnaround deadlines; ensure timely distribution and
delivery via various approved communications channels, as per set
timelines; maintain OCM content repository and ensure that
documents conform to standards and storage retention procedures;
ensure compliance with KPMG and Digital Nexus brand guidelines
- Promote activities to maximize user education and adoption of
new services and technologies; design and execute the program
training/learning plan; provide input, document requirements,
develop learning content and support the design and delivery
oftraining programs
- Identify and evaluate Customer Experience and Satisfaction
metrics; monitor change progressQualifications:
- Minimum two years of recent experience in process,
organization, change and/or learning improvements and leading
enterprise-level process improvement projects with knowledge of
project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project
lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is
preferred
- Understanding of change management principles, methodologies,
and leading practices with previous experience of organizational
change efforts and has leveraged PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project,
SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools to develop work plans,
articulate complex issues, analyze data, and structure
information
- Ability to understand business issues and processes and to
articulate the business context of projects; be able to clearly
articulate messages to avariety of audiences; ability to establish
and maintain strong relationships
- Be able to influence others and move toward a common vision or
goal; flexible and adaptable; ability to work in ambiguous
situations; resilient and tenacious with a propensity to
persevere
- Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving,
analytical and decision-making skills; ability to prioritize and
use independent judgment to support an environment driven by
customer service and teamwork; be able to positively influence,
mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced
team members
