Do you have what it takes to lead our teammates?Your Role Youre part of the leadership group responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store. Working closely with the Store Manager youll help teach, coach and develop great team members and actively seek tomorrows leaders. As you probably know, its all about developing the team and helping others achieve their career goals. This is also a great position to learn and develop your leadership career further!Here are the rest of the details. Youll also perform a lot of the store work, including being and amazing customer service enthusiast, cash and credit transaction, responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco and lottery products and the normal retail recordkeeping. Heres a hint, if you help the Store Manager hire, train, and develop great people, the details are a lot simpler!Yes, youll probably be in the store on different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. We suggest looking at it this way, these are great times to really understand the business, your customers and your team. Youll also need to stand, bend, and reach along with lifting at least 50 lbs., and be at least 18 years old.
