We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Culver's restaurant who
will help run efficient shifts with an enthusiastic attitude for
great food and great service!
The ideal candidate will be able to lead team members both by
example and through supportive coaching to develop a
high-performing team. He or she will have experience with food
service and will be able to maintain compliance with operational
and food safety procedures. Starting wages will be determined by
experience and qualifications.

About the Position
We are seeking a General Manager for our Culver's restaurant who
will lead our team to achieve increased sales and profits according
to an annual budget. This position will run shifts effectively to
provide great food and great service, supervise hiring and
orientation of new team members, evaluate management performance
with biannual reviews and manage the schedule and daily deployments
to meet labor goals.
The GM ensures reports are completed, that proper maintenance and
cleaning of restaurant occurs in a timely manner, federal and state
laws are adhered to and policies are consistently enforced. This
person will also develop and maintain a relationship with the
community as a partner in local events.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an affinity for mentoring and
inspiring team members both by example and through supportive
coaching to develop a high-performing team. He or she will have
experience with food service and management and will be able to
maintain compliance with operational and food safety
procedures.

Qualifications:
--- A genuine smile!
--- Dependability along with strong communication and
organizational skills
--- A degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent
experience.
--- Certified in a national food safety program.
--- 5+ years of leadership experience
