Job DescriptionThe Restaurant General Manager reports directly
to the District Manager in their region. They must be
business-minded, own all aspects of restaurant standards,
performance & training and contribute to a culture of restaurant
excellence by modeling Factorial Restaurants mission, purpose, and
values.Job Summary: The Restaurant General Manager is an exciting
opportunity for a hands-on leader as they are responsible for all
restaurant's performance, results, and managing 15-40 Team Members.
The position leads, improves and sustains operational execution
that strengthens our mission, builds sales, drives profitability,
and improves the restaurant experience for our guests and team
members. They will be skilled at providing timely, constructive,
clear, and actionable feedback to recognize successes and improve
performance. Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully, very
bottom-line oriented and pushes self and others for results.As a
Restaurant General Manager, your responsibilities will include, but
are not limited to:Understanding all aspects of running day-to-day
functions of a restaurant operations teamStrong understanding of
the P&L with the ability to control costs and lead profit
initiatives targeted at Labor, COGS and other expenses within their
restaurant and contribute to overall company
performance.Demonstrates strong time management and delegation
skills to ensure that restaurant administrative tasks necessary to
run the business are completed while also ensuring that guests are
provided an exceptional level of service.Ability to create and
execute actionable development plans with Team Members based on job
expectations and core competencies.Ability to hire, retain and
develop top talent to build a successful restaurant team that is
engaged and motivated to grow the business through our mission and
values.Tracking sales daily, weekly and monthly to ensure
priorities are set, communicated and executed to make sure we are
performing to the best of our ability.Practice clear and effective
communication to all members of the team.Qualifications:
Recommended- 2+ years relevant leadership experience.Critical
thinking skills.Strong business acumen skills with familiarity of
financial concepts and analysisProven success in a "roll up your
sleeves and make things happen" environment.Exceptional written and
oral communication skillsStrong time management skillsHigh level of
initiative and ability to multitaskAbility to think quick, make
sound decisions and adapt to changing priorities.Role Core
