Job Description:
New York Life Michigan is seeking a seasoned financial service
industry professional to join our management team. Currently we are
interviewing strong leadership-oriented individuals with a desire
to help others succeed. As a New York Life Partner, your
responsibilities include the successful recruiting and development
of a team of salespeople. Unlike other firms in the industry, our
field managers do not have personal production requirements. Their
primary focus is on recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of

Life and Health License FINRA SIE,
Series 6 or 7 Experience in Financial Services industry Sales
experience Sales team recruiting and management experience College
Degree Preferred but Not Required:
Life Insurance industry experience
Business ownership or proven entrepreneurship Knowledge of cultural
markets Bilingual Job Requirements:Duties & Responsibilities - As a
Partner, you'll be -responsible -for hiring, training, and
developing a team of Agents and Advisors as they offer high quality
life insurance, fixed annuities, investments, long-term care
insurance, and other products to their clients. You'll help your
Agents by:
Developing marketing plans Teaching
them prospecting techniques Leading in-the-field and classroom
trainings You'll be responsible for:
Recruiting and interviewing
candidates Tracking your team's production standards Developing
