The Account Manager will presume a role in being the primary advocate and consultant for client's. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude towards building, developing, and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in the IT technology industry preferred
2-3 years of experience in business to business account management preferred
Understanding of core IT equipment and solutions, including cloud based systems preferred
Duties & Responsibilities
Client advocacy and consulting on quotes and future projects
Maintaining handling and communicating client budgets and billing per client expectations
Timely client interaction and team collaboration including but not limited to reporting and client SAT
Commitment to lifelong learning of the technology industry and ability to adapt to industry changes
Coordination of Technology Advisory meetings
Qualifications
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Resourceful and determined to understand IT and client solutions
Strong ability to collaborate in a team with relationship building skills
Passionate about offering business solutions and having a -client-first mindset
