Job Description:

The HRIS - Payroll & Benefits Manager is responsible for leading major HR system projects, HR process design and configuration, and the development and maintenance of data standards, reporting and analytics. This position supervises HRIS analysts assigned to various systems and works with the HR senior management team, Information Services and vendors to ensure appropriate technology, processes and workflows are in place to support the administrators and end users of Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance and reporting.Works under general direction; exercises discretion and judgment on work priority on a regular basis; and a degree of creativity is required.Requirements
Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor's degree business, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field of study
  • Minimum 5 years HRIS system experience including project implementation or analyst duties with at least 3 years of people management experience
  • 1-2 years of Payroll / Benefits / Time and Attendance implementation experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of HRIS Systems (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of advanced MS Excel functionality (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
    Skills and abilities
    • Ability to create and manage complex waterfall and agile project management plans
    • Strong data analysis and complex report building skills
    • Proven ability to be a team player and work in a cross functional environment
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills including ability to interact and communicate with all organizational levels
    • Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking
    • Ability to learn new computer software applications quickly
    • Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and system or process-oriented training sessions
    • Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for improvement in business processes
    • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality of data and information
    • Ability to pass a drug test
      • Self-managing; works well under little supervision
      • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
      • Good interpersonal skills and good communicator
      • Strong organization skills and detail oriented
      • Be a team player and support the Company's goals
      • Conducts in a professional manner
