Job Description:
The HRIS - Payroll & Benefits Manager is responsible for leading
major HR system projects, HR process design and configuration, and
the development and maintenance of data standards, reporting and
analytics. This position supervises HRIS analysts assigned to
various systems and works with the HR senior management team,
Information Services and vendors to ensure appropriate technology,
processes and workflows are in place to support the administrators
and end users of Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance and
reporting.Works under general direction; exercises discretion and
judgment on work priority on a regular basis; and a degree of
creativity is required.Requirements
