Job Summary: This is a new position in Acrisure---s growing FP&A organization. The FP&A manager is a leadership role that will support the senior manager and VP Finance with key activities and processes surrounding FP&A functions. Activities will include thoughtful analyses across corporate department expense management with a small and developing team of analysts. Responsibilities include the preparation of annual budgets/planning, quarterly reforecasts, and analysis on key drivers for financial performance and financial variances. This also includes tracking Acrisure---s strategic initiatives by partnering with the business leaders and driving end-to-end expense management and cost reductions. Responsibilities: Lead assigned team members by setting individual goals, developing and coaching their professional growth, and aligning team responsibilities as required Take ownership and drive the process from start to finish for these highly visible activities The annual planning/budget process for corporate departments and support the incorporation into Enterprise business planning The reforecast/outlook processes for corporate departments Perform financial analysis and provide key financial information in support of operations team decision making Provide leadership and insight on ways to gain economies of scale on corporate spending Regularly interact with corporate leaders to report on financial results, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses prepared by finance at the request of leadership With a team of analysts, monitor, review, and report on trends and patterns within corporate departments. This includes analysis and commentary to sufficiently explain actual vs. budget variances within departments and programs and use this to drive for financial results Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
