-Responsible for hiring, training, putting into uniforms, and
evaluating the managers that fall directly in the Lodging
-Prepare annual budgets for all lodging departments.
-Responsible for hotel upkeep and update, keeping the President/COO
aware of possible capital expenditures.
-Lead efforts to manage and control Lodging Departmental costs
(i.e., payroll, supplies, etc.)
-Work closely with the GM/COO to ensure proper reporting and
-Support and assist Human Resources department in maintaining all
in-house programs, Safety Committee, Supervisor Training, and
upholding Resort and Departmental policies.
-Work with all departments to establish, communicate and maintain
resort-wide standards of service.
